Before you buy.
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No. That's the point. You provide your business information and content, and we handle the website setup.
Do you write all of my website content for me?
Content creation is not included in the standard setup price. You provide the business information, wording, photos and other content you want us to use. If you need help developing content, contact us for a separate quote.
Can you change the design?
We can change your colors, content, photos, links and supported sections. Sections can also be removed or rearranged. The standard package uses our existing website framework rather than a completely custom design built from scratch.
What if I need a store, custom checkout or another feature?
Talk to us. Functionality outside the standard website package can be quoted and built separately depending on what your business needs.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You own your domain and we can connect it to your website. Domain registration fees are not included.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
That's okay. You can purchase one when you're ready and we'll help connect it.
What's the $29.99 monthly charge?
Managed Website Service keeps your website hosted, secure and operational. It is required for managed websites sold through these packages.
How do I cancel the Managed Website Service?
You can cancel anytime through your Gumroad subscription settings. Your service remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.
